Brass-coloured plastic relief with a side view of the motor ship "DRESDEN" from the Type IV ship series. The "DRESDEN" was originally intended to be delivered to Sweden, but was put into service as a DSR ship in 1958 after financing difficulties. In 1969, the ship was decommissioned due to a defect in the engine system and has housed the "Rostock Shipbuilding Museum" since 1970. Part of the ship was also used as a youth tourist hotel for several years. Since 2023, the "Tradi" has been home to the redesigned permanent exhibition "Reeder Ruder Seemannsgarn. From Rostock to the world." can be seen on the "Tradi" and is definitely worth a visit.
